This Manager, Analytics role leads strategic analytics supporting operational performance, customer experience, retention, and growth. You will partner across Distribution, Finance, Human Resources, Technology, and operational teams. The work includes metrics, predictive analytics, business modelling, and incentive reporting.

Translate complex data into insights and actionable recommendations
Own the analytics roadmap and request intake process
Coach and develop an analytics team with diverse skills




Improve reporting accuracy, adoption, and operational usefulness
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related analytical or business discipline
Five years’ experience managing teams
Three years’ financial industry experience, specifically insurance
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and MS Access
Robust strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
