This Mortgage Fulfillment Officer role manages applications from signed commitment through loan funding. You will confirm file accuracy, review conditions against policies, and coordinate with Underwriters, Business Development, lawyers, brokers, and partners. Personalized service, timely responses, and effective pipeline management are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Review mortgage applications and confirm required information
Check documentation against conditions and company policies
Conduct regular broker and partner follow-ups
Obtain confirmation that closing conditions are met
Maintain knowledge of underwriting policies, procedures, and products
Requirements: Excellent organization and follow-up abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Personable and qualified approach
Ability to adapt to changing situations
Financial services or real estate law experience is an asset
