As Partner Operations Program Manager, you will manage the operational foundation for Brex’s external payment ecosystem. You will define programs, establish SLAs and KPIs, reconcile fees, and improve partner performance. The work connects Payment Partnerships, Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Define partner-management processes, governance, documentation, and escalation paths
Establish SLAs, KPIs, reporting cadences, and performance reviews
Build reporting on performance, incidents, risks, and opportunities
Own fee reconciliation, contractual terms, payments, and records
Lead readiness,



incidents, corrective actions, and process improvements
Requirements: Three-plus years in partner, payments, financial, or vendor operations
Experience building operating programs and partner governance structures
Fee, invoice, or financial reconciliation experience
Analytical skills with spreadsheets, data tools, SQL, or similar tools
English fluency and robust stakeholder-management skills
