As a Senior Software Engineer on Mercury’s Cards Integration team, you will own projects from technical specification through launch. You will work with product, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and other teams. The work spans card issuance, authorization, settlement, reporting, and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from ideas through technical specifications and launches
Build card experiences and backend money movement systems
Learn authorization, clearing, settlement, and disputes
Maintain observable systems and operational excellence
Mentor engineers through design and code reviews
Requirements: Strong full-stack experience and systems thinking
Architectural decision-making experience with complex systems
