As Senior Manager, Restaurant Technology Deployment & Vendor Management, you will own strategic restaurant technology program execution. The work spans roadmaps, budgets, deployment readiness, vendor governance, contracts, and operational transition. You will coordinate Operations, Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, franchisees, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Lead POS deployment programs from pilots through operational transition
Manage roadmaps, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate multi-site readiness across restaurant stakeholders and partners




Establish vendor KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, reviews, and escalations
Report progress, risks, mitigations, and decisions to executives
Requirements: 6+ years leading enterprise, multi-site technology deployments
5+ years managing technology vendors and delivery partners
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise rollout experience
Understanding of POS, payments, KDS, networking, and hardware
Bring POS transformation, program governance, financial management, and vendor accountability to RBI's restaurant technology deployments.
