Lead Data Centre projects at WSP through planning, execution, and close-out, using project controls and multidisciplinary coordination expertise. Support is global and local.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage Data Centre and traditional transmission and distribution projects. Your work may span substations, transmission lines, distribution, and power system studies. You will coordinate diverse teams while monitoring project progression, controls, and key performance indicators. Customer relationships, proposals, and business development initiatives are also part of the position.
Key Responsibilities: Lead early Data Centre project development and planning phases
Manage projects through execution and close-out
Develop project controls and tracking mechanisms




Facilitate communication across engineering, construction, procurement, and clients
Review deliverables for compliance and accuracy
Requirements: Engineering degree or technical diploma
15+ years of Utilities project management experience
5+ years of Data Centre experience
Knowledge of power distribution, redundancy, and resilience
Expertise in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Apply project governance, controls, and stakeholder leadership to complex Data Centre and power delivery programs at WSP.
