You will coordinate technical personnel, resources, travel, training, and service records.
Key Responsibilities: Receive customer requests and confirm accurate work orders
Plan, schedule, and dispatch technical staff and resources
Coordinate travel, accommodations, tools, equipment, and certifications
Track work orders and review daily time records




Process accurate customer invoices and employee compensation documentation
Requirements: Post-secondary education in business, operations, administration, or related studies preferred
Minimum two years of industry-related experience
Knowledge of technical services and testing resources
Solid communication, organization, and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
