You will recruit complex roles, conduct industry analysis, and develop strategies aligned with business and stakeholder needs. The work includes reporting, change management, and capability building.
Key Responsibilities: Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies for complex assignments
Advise business groups on talent acquisition solutions
Analyze industry trends and target recruiting opportunities




Build reports and dashboards using talent acquisition data
Coach hiring managers and vendors on recruitment techniques
Requirements: Five to seven years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
Appropriate human resources designation
In-depth recruiting or sourcing experience with demonstrated results
In-depth communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills
