As Business Process Engineer, Innovation, you will support CIRO’s AI & Automation Centre of Excellence. You will assess intake, analyze workflows, define requirements, and prepare teams for solution delivery. The work connects business teams with COE, IT, and ePMO partners.
Key Responsibilities: Assess AI and automation requests through implementation
Map workflows, decision points, data flows, and hand-offs
Define future-state processes and accountabilities
Translate business needs into requirements and user stories
Track advantages, implementation status,



and post-implementation metrics
Requirements: Minimum five years of relevant business process experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience supporting AI, automation, workflow, or data initiatives
Strong process documentation and root-cause analysis abilities
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-engagement skills
Apply process engineering, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to advance CIRO’s AI and automation transformation work across Canada.
