Lead Ontario construction sites with Buttcon as a Site Superintendent, applying scheduling, safety, and subcontractor coordination expertise daily. Travel to project sites is anticipated.
Reporting to the Director, Field, this Site Superintendent oversees construction activities across institutional, commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential projects. You will coordinate teams, maintain schedules, manage costs, and uphold quality, regulatory, and safety requirements. Modern technologies support Buttcon’s construction practices.
Key Responsibilities: Lead onsite teams, subcontractors, and labourers
Create schedules and maintain six-week site lookaheads
Coordinate subtrade meetings, RFIs, and project stakeholders
Inspect workmanship and enforce safety protocols




Track expenses, invoices, materials, and project records
Requirements: Minimum five years’ ICI construction experience
Solid construction processes, techniques, and terminology knowledge
Ontario occupational health and safety legislation knowledge
Blueprint, drawing, and project plan interpretation ability
Construction software and Microsoft Project proficiency
Bring construction leadership, schedule control, safety knowledge, and blueprint reading skills to Buttcon’s Ontario project sites.
