Lead enterprise AI platforms at CoreFactor’s client in the GTA, applying generative AI and cloud architecture in a hybrid setting. The permanent, full time position requires office attendance two days weekly.
As Manager, AI Platforms, you will develop strategy and roadmaps for generative AI, machine learning, enterprise search, AI agents, and AI-enabled applications. You will lead multidisciplinary teams while partnering with architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, infrastructure, vendors, and business technology stakeholders. The work centers on secure, scalable, governed, cost-effective platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities: Develop enterprise AI platform strategy, roadmaps, standards, and governance controls
Lead design, delivery, operation, and improvement of AI platforms
Establish architecture patterns for RAG, AI agents, and model integration
Manage staff, contractors, vendors,



and strategic delivery partners
Monitor platform consumption, performance, security, and operational issues
Requirements: Degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, engineering, or related field
Eight to ten-plus years progressive technology experience, including leadership
Understanding of generative AI, large language models, RAG, and AI agents
Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable technologies
Knowledge of cloud architecture, cybersecurity, identity, governance, and Responsible AI
Bring strategic leadership, platform engineering expertise, and responsible AI knowledge to enterprise adoption across the GTA.
