As part of RBC’s Technology Operations & Resiliency Network Operations Centre, you will detect incidents proactively and restore services rapidly. The work spans network platforms, disaster recovery infrastructure, and business continuity during failures and testing. You will analyze alerts, support automation, and coordinate recovery activities with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor network and system performance using operational tools
Analyze AI alerts and recommendations for genuine threats
Implement automation for triage and ticket categorization




Execute and validate disaster recovery runbooks
Identify and remediate network vulnerabilities
Requirements: Two or more years in IT operations or incident management
CCNA and/or CCNP certification
Experience with Cisco SD-WAN, switches, firewalls, and F5
Python scripting and automation experience
Experience validating production datacenter recovery runbooks
Apply network operations, AI monitoring, incident response, and recovery expertise to help RBC maintain resilient services globally.
