Mass. Electric Construction Company, a Kiewit Corporation subsidiary, seeks a mid-level Electrical Superintendent for its transportation market. This full time position coordinates field activities with project management teams, contractors, suppliers, and crews. You will develop schedules, manage changing conditions, and support transit and rail system construction and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate crew activities and project timelines
Develop three-week, 90-day, and man-loading schedules
Establish quality standards and verify contractual compliance
Resolve operational challenges across project teams
Coordinate equipment suppliers, deliveries, and inspections
Requirements: Six years of construction experience minimum
Three years as a superintendent or equivalent leader
Ability to supervise steel, piping, and mechanical trades
Independent decision-making and anticipatory problem-solving skills
Ability to learn policies, procedures, and software tools
