This Technical Program Manager role owns delivery across the complete program lifecycle. You will establish structure, coordinate multiple workstreams, and keep critical programs progressing toward reliable, high-quality execution. The position requires broad technical experience, strong stakeholder management, and comfort addressing ambiguity in development environments.
Key Responsibilities: Drive programs from research and development through manufacturing
Define milestones, dependencies, workstreams, and critical paths
Manage vendor and partner relationships through changes
Document decisions, status,
and shared technical information
Escalate decisions requiring senior input concisely
Requirements: Technical experience spanning hardware, software, and manufacturing
Three-plus years in technical program or project management
Track record delivering multidisciplinary programs at scale
Ability to engage credibly on engineering trade-offs
Structured thinking and strong attention to detail
Bring manufacturing delivery, cross-functional coordination, and technical judgment to programs advancing OLIX’s accelerator roadmap.
