As an AML Analytics Manager, you will lead projects across Transaction Monitoring, Name Screening, and Customer Risk Rating. You will manage teams, engage clients, oversee project economics, and maintain quality deliverables. The work includes advising on strategy, technology transformation, and model optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end AML analytics project delivery
Develop, enhance, tune, and implement AML models
Assess model performance, scenarios, data quality, and optimization
Translate analytical findings into executive recommendations
Coach teams and contribute to practice growth
Requirements: Robust AML or financial crime analytics experience
Experience across Transaction Monitoring, Name Screening, or Customer Risk Rating
Knowledge of scenarios, thresholds, segmentation, and risk factors
Experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, or similar tools
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline
