Infrastructure Managed Services Transition Manager
? **HIRING | Infrastructure Managed Services Transition Manager**

? **Location:* Hybrid, Toronto

? **Experience:** 10+ Years | Contract / Full time

? **Global / Managed Services Environment**

We are looking for an experienced **Infrastructure Managed Services Transition Manager** to lead large-scale global transitions from incumbent MSPs to new service providers.

? **Must Have:**

5+ years leading large-scale MSP transitions

Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Data Center, Service Desk & Security operations knowledge

Experience with major global MSPs and multi-country 24x7 environments

Strong executive stakeholder & steering committee management

ServiceNow / CMDB / Monitoring & Observability experience preferred
