Agency: Omnicom Media Job Function: Media Job Subfunction: Performance Media Job Description: As an Associate Director, Paid Search Activation, you will lead paid search strategy and performance across key platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads and Amazon Search Ads ensuring activation aligns with business objectives and drives measurable impact.
What You’ll Do Lead development of full-funnel paid search strategies aligned to client business objectives
Translate strategic direction into actionable activation plans across platforms
Identify growth opportunities across platforms, audiences, and investment strategies
Lead client conversations, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations
Act as a trusted advisor on paid search and activation strategy
Manage and develop Supervisors, Managers, and Associates
Oversee campaign execution quality and ensure alignment with strategy
Manage account financials including budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
Support new business opportunities and contribute to account growth
Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and innovation across teams
About You 6-8+ years experience in paid search or digital media
Strong strategic thinking and client leadership experience
Experience managing teams and multiple accounts
Deep understanding of digital media ecosystem and measurement
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to balance strategy, execution, and business priorities

Salary range $80,000 - $90,000
To the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
