The HSE Manager supports Geochemistry operations across an assigned region. This field-based position partners with operational leaders and North America HSE Management. You will apply HSE standards, manage compliance, and address regional risks.
Key Responsibilities: Implement global and North American HSE programs
Support leaders with hazards and corrective actions
Conduct inspections, audits, and workplace assessments
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
Track regional performance metrics and improvement opportunities
Requirements: Three-plus years occupational health and safety experience
Diploma or degree in a related field
Knowledge of regional health and safety legislation
Robust risk assessment and investigation abilities
Ability to travel up to 50%
Bring HSE coaching, compliance, auditing, and risk reduction expertise to ALS Geochemistry operations across an assigned region.
