This Human Resources supervisor manages a team delivering employee and retiree advantages, retirement services, and offboarding processes. Responsibilities include legislative compliance, collective agreement interpretation, vendor coordination, reporting, and service delivery. The environment is large, complex, unionized, and service-oriented.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and monitor team workload and continuity
Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and develop employees
Interpret benefit plans, collective agreements, employment conditions, and vendor requirements
Oversee pension retirement transactions, reconciliations, reporting,



and data integrity
Lead legislative, policy, process, and system changes
Requirements: Human Resources or related post-secondary degree or diploma
Minimum five to seven years progressive relevant experience
Minimum three years formal supervisory or leadership experience
Experience with group benefits, retiree programs, and vendor relationships
Technical proficiency with HRMS, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
