Lead restaurant construction projects for MHRA Hospitality using project management and permitting expertise in a full time hybrid position.
As Construction Project Manager, you will manage restaurant development and renovation from design through turnover. The work supports Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, Holy Chuck Burgers, and Ylk & Batter. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, franchisees, and internal teams while managing budgets, schedules, quality, and approvals.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate architects, engineers, designers, and consultants through design development
Review drawings and manage design deliverables and timelines
Oversee permits, landlord approvals, zoning, and code issues
Manage tendering, procurement, construction meetings, budgets, and site visits
Coordinate inspections,



closeout documentation, and operational turnover
Requirements: Minimum five years’ commercial construction project management experience
Construction, architecture, engineering, or related credential preferred
Knowledge of building codes, permits, approvals, and contracts
Microsoft 365 proficiency and strong organizational communication skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Canada
Bring construction leadership, stakeholder coordination, and budget management expertise to restaurant openings across MHRA Hospitality’s Canadian portfolio.
