Tri-global Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Technical Business Analyst for Alberta Health and the Government of Alberta. The assignment supports priority initiatives involving clinical and administrative systems, system integration, data exchange, and evolving digital health services. Familiarity with Alberta’s health system, senior stakeholders, and health information frameworks is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate business needs, processes, workflows, and operational impacts
Capture requirements across clinical, administrative, and technical stakeholders
Assess existing integrations, gaps, inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities




Collaborate with architects on interfaces and interoperability strategies
Raise risks involving data dependencies and cross-system impacts
Requirements: Experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
Five or more years gathering requirements through varied analysis techniques
Five or more years supporting complex IT solution implementation
Five or more years conducting User Acceptance Testing processes
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Bring health information awareness, systems analysis, and stakeholder communication skills to Alberta Health’s integrated technology initiatives.
