The Commercial Account Director expands AMECO’s regional presence across construction, infrastructure, mining, energy, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. You will develop commercial strategies, identify opportunities, position equipment and site services, and support revenue, profitability, and market share objectives. The role partners with internal functions to deliver integrated customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop account plans and commercial growth initiatives
Secure new business and expand strategic customer accounts
Advise customers on equipment, fleet, and site services
Lead proposals, quotations, negotiations,



and commercial agreements
Maintain forecasts, pipelines, CRM records, and reports
Requirements: Twelve years of progressive business development or commercial sales experience
Success growing strategic accounts and regional market presence
Executive relationship-building and consultative selling expertise
Solid negotiation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Valid Class 5 licence and extensive Western Canada travel availability
