As Senior Manager, Finance Services, you will support a newly integrated finance service model at a leading post-secondary institution. You will partner with senior leadership, oversee finance service delivery, and guide informed financial decisions. The position combines financial planning and analysis, team leadership, relationship building, and change management.
Key Responsibilities: Advise senior leaders on budgets, investments, and resource allocation
Lead budgets, forecasts, projections, scenario modelling, and reporting
Oversee finance operations, controls, reporting, and transactional support




Develop finance professionals while fostering accountability and collaboration
Drive process optimization, systems enhancements, and change management
Requirements: Seven or more years of progressive finance experience
CPA designation and relevant university degree
Experience advising senior executives with complex financial information
Advanced Excel, financial modelling, and enterprise systems capabilities
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
