You will advise the Director, Commercial Management, and organizational partners while coordinating vendors and Delivery Teams. Your work supports value for money, risk management, and successful transit infrastructure delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Develop commercial strategies with Delivery Teams, vendors, and project partners
Lead procurement strategies, negotiations, frameworks, and contract documents
Track variations, amendments, payments, claims, and disputes
Monitor contracts for risk mitigation, value management, and cost control
Oversee performance, outcomes,



timelines, budgets, and lessons learned
Requirements: Degree in business, engineering, architecture, applied science, or related discipline
Experience managing complex, multi-year transit projects or operational contracts
Knowledge of commercial management and contract administration principles
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational stakeholders
Knowledge of contract law, CCDC documents, and construction legislation
Bring commercial oversight, contract expertise, and cross-functional leadership to Metrolinx Stations projects and transit infrastructure delivery.
