Lead portfolio governance and transformation for Manulife’s Canada Segment in a hybrid Toronto role, using analytical judgment and executive communication.
The Director, Strategy & Transformation, will strengthen investment prioritization, oversight, and delivery discipline. This senior role partners with Finance, business leaders, and functional teams to align resources with strategic priorities. It also supports enterprise exercises and executive decision-making through explicit insights, recommendations, and narratives.

Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Business judgment to assess cases, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
Ability to translate complex information into executive recommendations
