Lead quality programs for Ganotec’s industrial construction projects, applying QA/QC expertise across civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work.
As Quality Manager, you will lead the Quality team and program at your assigned location. You will develop project quality plans, inspection and test plans, procedures, and reports. The position supports construction quality systems through collaboration with supervisors, schedulers, designers, planners, owners, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities: Manage quality for civil, mechanical, and electrical construction
Generate project quality plans, procedures, and inspection test plans
Verify work meets drawings, specifications, standards, and procedures




Issue non-conformances and stop-work orders when required
Manage quality staff, schedules, assignments, and training
Requirements: Degree in construction management or related engineering discipline
Seven or more years managing quality in industrial construction
QA/QC background on large-scope projects
Experience managing several quality inspectors
Ability to travel extensively and relocate as required
Bring industrial construction QA/QC leadership, technical quality management, and team oversight to Ganotec’s projects across Canada.
