Key Responsibilities: Establish SDK strategy with the Software team
Assemble schedules and budgets for development activities
Develop test plans and tools for system performance
Lead iteration commitments and define progress metrics
Mentor the firmware team through coaching and goal setting
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Minimum 10 years in software development environments
At least two leadership years or five senior developer years
Proficiency in C/C++ programming and development tools
