As Manager, IT Infrastructure, you will guide secure infrastructure operations and future requirements. Your scope includes hardware, networks, databases, cloud, backup and recovery, infrastructure disaster recovery, and monitoring. You will align delivery with enterprise architecture roadmaps while supporting stakeholders, vendors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities: Develop infrastructure service roadmaps and technology assessments
Determine and oversee current and future infrastructure requirements
Integrate delivery plans with enterprise architecture principles
Research infrastructure technologies and assess compatibility




Lead workforce development, succession planning, and mentoring
Requirements: Relevant four-year post-secondary degree
Eight years’ experience, including four years in leadership
Production 24/7 high-availability multi-site enterprise experience
Knowledge of architecture principles, industry standards, and SDLC practices
Skill developing proposals and presenting recommendations
Bring enterprise planning, architecture knowledge, and people leadership to infrastructure services supporting SGI’s strategic direction.
