As AI Development Manager, you will lead a platform capability team within Boeing Global Services Digital Services Technology. Your work centers on developing shared AI/ML capabilities, supporting commercial offerings, and ensuring safety, quality, and security. You will guide data scientists, AI engineers, and other data professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead reusable AI/ML services, components, tooling, harnesses, and agents
Develop guardrails and evaluation frameworks with AI Governance leadership
Guide product teams adopting shared AI platform capabilities
Manage, coach, motivate, and recruit technical professionals




Represent Digital Services in cross-Boeing AI initiatives
Requirements: Five-plus years delivering production AI/ML solutions commercially
Three-plus years in AI/ML or analytics leadership
One-plus year delivering agentic AI services or capabilities
Experience implementing production AI safety, quality, and governance
Legal authorization to work in Canada and Controlled Goods eligibility
