This full time, permanent Store Manager position leads daily retail execution at Inspired 119- Fleetwood. You will manage store performance, labour, merchandising, inventory, cash controls, and compliance. You will also develop employees and maintain consistent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and company policy compliance
Review sales results, trends, risks, and opportunities
Execute plans improving sales and customer retention
Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
Complete promotions, training, and operational changes effectively




Requirements: Three-plus years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
Proven retail operations and team leadership experience
Understanding of sales performance, KPIs, labour, and inventory
Ability to obtain required provincial cannabis retail certification
Ability to complete screening, stand extensively, and lift 20 pounds
Use operational leadership, performance analysis, and compliance knowledge to manage Inspired Cannabis retail execution in Surrey’s Fleetwood location.
