As a Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and inspect equipment for protected, reliable, and efficient operation. Hepson Equipment serves the Brandon area as part of Reesink Canada and carries Claas, Agrifac, JCB, Salford, and other lines. Your work includes hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, plus accurate documentation, customer communication, and collaboration with Parts and Service teams.
Key Responsibilities: Provide in-shop service support for equipment repairs
Maintain clean, organized, and protected work environments
Follow manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements
Identify and report hazards,



incidents, and near misses
Support timely, high-quality repairs with Parts and Service teams
Requirements: Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician certification preferred
Active apprenticeship registration may be considered
Experience servicing agricultural or heavy equipment preferred
Accurate equipment inspection and service documentation experience
Valid driver's licence required
Use mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and documentation skills to maintain equipment quality and customer productivity with Hepson Equipment.
