This experienced manager oversees site preparation, foundations, construction activities, and home delivery for prefabricated and Ready-to-Move homes. The position combines contractor management, customer relationships, and field services leadership. You will work with Sales, Operations, and Project Management to keep projects informed and on track.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate site preparation, foundations, and construction activities
Manage contractors, trades, and customers across two provinces
Conduct site visits and inspections for quality and scheduling




Oversee deficiencies and warranty work after delivery
Lead customer service and field services team
Requirements: Experience in residential, modular, or RTM construction
Understanding of foundations and residential construction practices
Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and trades
Solid organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
Lead residential field services through construction coordination, contractor relationships, inspections, customer care, and warranty completion.
