As Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Lead, you will enhance reliability programs and maintenance processes. You will analyze equipment performance data, optimize SAP-PM systems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you will partner across Operations, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead predictive and preventive maintenance program improvements
Analyze reliability data and KPIs to increase uptime
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
Optimize maintenance schedules, PM/PDM programs, and SAP-PM
Guide vibration,



thermography, lubrication, ultrasound, and NDT technologies
Requirements: Skilled Trade Certification or related Technologist diploma
Experience with predictive maintenance and reliability methodologies
Knowledge of maintenance management systems, preferably SAP-PM
CMRP, CRE, MLT1, CAT1, or equivalent practical experience
Lean Six Sigma certification or willingness to obtain
Apply predictive maintenance, reliability analysis, and continuous improvement expertise to strengthen Ingredion’s London facility performance.
