As a Legal Researcher, you will work with Legal Counsel and teams across Jerry.ai. You will analyze federal and state regulatory, consumer protection, insurance, privacy, and licensing questions. Your work will support contracts, product reviews, compliance systems, regulatory inquiries, and emerging legal issues.
Key Responsibilities: Draft and review partner and vendor agreements
Research legal questions and develop practical recommendations
Support licenses and recurring regulatory requirements
Review product features, flows, and processes
Investigate escalations and regulatory inquiries
Requirements: JD or LLM with high academic performance
Contract drafting or review experience
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to explain complex analysis clearly
Robust organization and project management skills
