About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FI-CO Functional Specialist to join a growing team of professionals delivering ERP implementation and business transformation solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced SAP professional with a strong background in financial processes, controlling, and SAP implementation projects. You will work with a diverse range of business stakeholders, helping organizations optimize their financial operations through effective SAP solutions.

Working across multiple projects, you will be involved throughout the implementation lifecycle, from business requirements analysis and solution design to configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend SAP-based solutions.
Lead workshops and gather functional requirements.
Design, configure, and implement SAP FI-CO solutions based on business needs.
Evaluate standard SAP functionalities and identify configuration or customization requirements.
Ensure seamless integration between FI-CO and other SAP modules, including MM, SD, and PP.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate on custom development requirements.
Coordinate and execute testing activities, including configuration validation, security testing, and data migration.
Develop test scenarios,



documentation, training materials, and project deliverables.
Support implementation, troubleshooting, and system optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide guidance and training to key users and support knowledge transfer.
Participate in cutover planning and go-live activities.
Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous system improvement.
Manage multiple project priorities while maintaining strong communication and delivery standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent qualified experience.
At least 5 years of SAP project experience.
Experience participating in a minimum of 3 full implementation cycles, including at least 2 in an FI-CO lead capacity.
Strong expertise in SAP FI-CO configuration, solution design, and implementation.
Solid understanding of financial and controlling processes, including:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR).
Financial closing and financial reporting.
Cost accounting and profitability analysis.
Financial planning and controlling processes.
Experience integrating SAP FI-CO with MM, SD, and PP.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori.
Familiarity with asset management, collections, and SAP analytical capabilities (CDS) is an asset.




Previous experience in a project-based environment and the ability to manage multiple engagements.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
Availability for occasional travel to client locations.
