Key Responsibilities: Lead production, scheduling, quality, warehousing, shipping, and site operations
Develop and monitor operational systems, processes, and key performance indicators

Hold site leaders accountable for operational performance
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or operations management
At least 10 years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience
Experience planning and managing effective operational processes
Strong team-building, coaching, decision-making, and people leadership skills
Knowledge of budgets, capital plans, cost accounting, and manufacturing systems
