As a Staff Frontend Engineer reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will guide technical direction across teams. You will design scalable systems, standardize patterns, and influence product strategy for a configurable sales compensation platform. The work spans architecture, user experience, data visualization, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities: Lead frontend architecture, evolution, patterns, and best practices
Drive cross-cutting initiatives across product areas and teams
Translate compensation workflows into scalable UI systems
Improve performance, accessibility, testing, and developer experience




Mentor engineers and influence technical strategy
Requirements: Deep production experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
Frontend architecture experience for complex data-heavy applications
Expertise in components, state management, performance, and testing
Experience leading initiatives across teams
Robust communication, product judgment, and mentoring experience
