Rogers seeks a Senior RAN Designer for its RAN Engineering and Innovation team. You will analyze KPIs, counters, traces, alarms, and traffic trends. The work spans 4G, 5G NSA, 5G SA, and 5G Advanced capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead RAN performance optimization across 4G and 5G capabilities
Analyze network data to identify performance improvement opportunities
Validate strategies for coverage, capacity, mobility, and reliability
Assess software releases, hardware platforms, and vendor capabilities
Develop guidelines, test plans, and deployment recommendations
Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
Several years of hands-on wireless network engineering experience
Expertise in RAN architecture, mobility, signaling, and 3GPP specifications
Experience with KPI analysis, parameter optimization, and feature validation
Working knowledge of Python, SQL, shell scripting, and Power BI
Apply RAN engineering, analytics, and optimization expertise to advance Rogers wireless performance across Toronto and Brampton.
