As a Health and Wellness Supervisor, you will oversee high-quality nursing services using the full nursing process. You will monitor residents, involve families, and adjust priorities as needs change. Leadership, documentation, and communication remain central to daily care delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee nursing care using the full nursing process
Monitor resident well-being and adjust care priorities
Lead, supervise, train, and delegate to care team members
Communicate with families, physicians, pharmacies, and providers
Manage documentation, care plans, medications, and compliance
Requirements: Minimum two years’ relevant nursing or leadership experience
Current RPN, LPN, or RN provincial registration
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
Solid communication and documentation skills
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
