Key Responsibilities: Analyze incidents, change requests, and evolving business requirements
Translate requirements into functional and configuration specifications
Configure and enhance SAP HCM within ECC6
Modify Time Evaluation and Payroll schemas and PCRs
Prepare documentation, test cases, and deployment readiness activities
Requirements: Three to five years in a similar SAP functional role
Three to five years configuring SAP HCM in ECC6
Hands-on experience with at least three HCM modules
French fluency and positive English proficiency
Eligibility for Controlled Goods, Reliability Status, and ITAR requirements
Use SAP HCM configuration, requirements analysis, and stakeholder skills to improve ECC6 business solutions through practical delivery.
