You will guide complex initiatives spanning RFID, fulfillment, inventory, and connected physical and digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead omnichannel and inventory initiatives from roadmaps through implementation
Oversee RFID implementation across inventory and retail operations
Coordinate business, operations, supply chain, and technology workstreams
Improve inventory visibility, fulfillment, delivery, and returns




Support connected experiences across stores, mobile, and digital channels
Requirements: Six-plus years across omnichannel, retail, digital commerce, or supply chain
Demonstrated experience leading RFID implementation initiatives
Experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives through implementation
Knowledge of OMS, inventory, fulfillment, payment, or retail technologies
Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
