You will navigate complex sales cycles, develop business cases, support specification processes, and explain product value across Government, Defense, Healthcare, Engineering, and Owners and Contractors. Reporting to the Manager, Business Development, you will work with cross-functional selling teams covering Fire Protection, Infrastructure, and Data Centre.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain contact with contractors, architects, owners, and developers
Influence decision-making and drive product adoption
Develop business cases demonstrating product value and ROI




Conduct stakeholder presentations and business development meetings
Facilitate introductions expanding business networks and opportunities
Requirements: Extensive construction experience within Ottawa markets
Sales success achieving targets through complex sales cycles
Technical problem-solving and specification discussion capability
Skilled communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in relevant construction, design, engineering, or business field
