The Dufresne Group is seeking an experienced General Manager, Distribution Centre Operations for its GTA Distribution Centre. Lead site leaders and teams across multiple functions and shifts. Use operational KPIs, labour metrics, budgets, and continuous improvement to guide results.
Key Responsibilities: Lead safety, service, productivity, quality, labour, and cost performance
Set priorities and review results, issues, and commitments
Coordinate inbound, warehousing, outbound, transportation, and repair
Coach leaders and maintain accountability for results
Manage labour, resources, operating plans,



and budgets
Requirements: At least eight years of progressive operational leadership experience
At least five years of senior operational leadership
Experience leading distribution and transportation disciplines
Demonstrated unionized setting leadership and grievance experience
Valid driver’s licence and satisfactory criminal record check
Bring senior distribution leadership, unionized operations experience, and KPI-driven decision-making to The Dufresne Group’s Mississauga facility.
