As a Physiotherapist with Fraser Health, you provide acute care services aligned with CPTBC standards and Fraser Health values. You collaborate with an interprofessional team while supporting patients and families through assessment, education, treatment, and ongoing evaluation. Care may occur in hospital, homes, community outreach, or virtually.
Key Responsibilities: Assess physical status, functional abilities, needs, and patient goals
Establish diagnoses, prognoses, goals, and intervention strategies
Implement treatments and educate patients about self-management
Evaluate responses, document progress,



and modify interventions
Collaborate on care planning, referrals, transfers, and discharges
Requirements: Current full registration with the CPTBC
Knowledge of physiotherapy theory, practice, tests, and equipment
Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
Ability to teach and provide clinical consultation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
