This Human Resources role connects business strategy, workforce capabilities, skills, capacity, external trends, and emerging technology to practical leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Build TD’s perspective on the future of work
Lead workforce planning and scenario development
Define future workforce models and transformation priorities
Establish frameworks for human and AI-enabled work
Translate research into actionable recommendations and decision support
Requirements: 10+ years in workforce strategy or related fields
Solid communication and influencing skills
Ability to turn insight into practical solutions
Experience leading high-performing teams
University degree in business, HR, or related discipline
