Key Responsibilities: Provide transparent support through email, chat, and phone
Own customer issues from contact through resolution
Report potential technical issues to the Product team
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and saved replies
Update customer details in the CRM
Requirements: At least one year in a customer-facing role
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Strong empathy for customer challenges and pain points
AI literacy, curiosity, and adaptability
