Lead financial strategy for FH Health in Toronto through analytical planning and up-to-date finance technology, working hybrid with three onsite days weekly.
As Director of Finance, you will lead and scale finance across FH Health’s healthcare brands, including Pollin Fertility, Perennial, and Wellness Haus. You will partner with executives, operations, and clinical leaders to support growth, expansion, reporting, and data-driven decisions. The role includes financial planning and analysis, operational finance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Advise executives on financial planning, growth, and expansion initiatives
Lead long-term strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Establish KPIs and dashboards for data-driven decision-making
Oversee reporting, audits, tax compliance,



and ASPE statements
Modernize workflows through automation, AI, and financial technologies
Requirements: Eight to twelve plus years of progressive finance experience
Designated CPA with finance and accounting leadership experience
Healthcare, technology, or high-growth environment experience
FP&A;, reporting, operational finance, and analytical capabilities
ERP experience, preferably Odoo, plus ASPE and IFRS knowledge
Bring strategic leadership, financial modeling, automation, and analytical expertise to FH Health’s growing healthcare finance function.
