This Principal Process Engineer acts as the discipline authority across Anglian Water’s @One Alliance. The position combines strategic direction, independent assurance, supplier assessment, standard product development, and technical decision-making. You will help deliver compliant, future-focused designs for AMP8.
Key Responsibilities: Define discipline-wide procedures, standards, and quality frameworks
Assess suppliers and specialist partners through competency reviews
Improve standard products, efficiency, carbon reduction, and natural capital
Undertake independent audits and address identified delivery gaps
Drive innovation, digital adoption,



and continuous improvement
Requirements: Extensive experience in water process engineering and capital delivery
Significant discipline-wide quality and procedure management expertise
Proven leadership of senior engineers and development programmes
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Passion for sustainable, low-carbon, nature-positive engineering
