Represent GHD during construction projects across Greater Toronto Area offices, using strong communication and customer service skills. Work hybrid, including three office days weekly.
As a Community Liaison Field Ambassador Graduate, you will support GHD’s Strategic Communications, Engagement and Communities team. You will communicate with residents, businesses, elected officials, contractors, clients, and project teams. Your work will address construction concerns and translate technical information for public audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as public information liaison for construction projects
Prepare and deliver construction-related public notices
Address queries about timelines and potential property impacts




Lead pre-construction meetings and site walks
Maintain monthly community issues and resolution reports
Requirements: Post-secondary education in communications, planning, or social sciences
Zero to two years of related experience
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage challenging conversations professionally
Class G driver’s license and vehicle access
Apply communication, customer service, and coordination skills while supporting GHD construction projects and Greater Toronto Area communities.
