Manage international supply chains for Aurea Technologies in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, using inventory forecasting and freight coordination to keep Shine Turbines moving reliably.
As Supply Chain & Operations Manager, you will support overseas manufacturing, eCommerce sales, and retail expansion. You will coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, customs brokers, and 3PL partners while providing accurate operational information. The full-time, in office role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborates with engineering, sales, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain inventory records, forecasts, purchasing plans, and replenishment information
Coordinate international freight to North American and European 3PLs
Manage retailer purchase orders, Shopify fulfillment, and shipping issues
Track production schedules, components, suppliers,



and shipment readiness
Improve operational processes, systems, schedules, and Dartmouth office operations
Requirements: Four or more years in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or operations
Experience with overseas suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and 3PLs
Understanding of international shipping, customs, tariffs, and freight logistics
Experience meeting North American retailer vendor requirements
Confidence with spreadsheets, inventory systems, operational data, and reporting
Bring precise planning, international logistics, and fulfillment expertise to support Aurea Technologies’ portable wind power products.
